Can we Please Stop Buying Bottle Water?

     Maybe I'm neurotic for worrying this much about something so trivial. But I REALLY HATE that people buy bottled water.
     If you live in America, just drink your own tap water. It's not only safe, but you are much more likely to know the source of your tap water than you are to know the true source of the mysterious glacier fed stream your bottled water comes from.
     You don't like the flavor? Are you even listening to yourself? It's water!  It's just water! Your pioneer ancestors would slap you right now if they could.
    Politicians like to complain about things like "Big Oil" and how these evil corporations are taking advantage of people. Has anybody looked into "Big Water?"  What a racket. Those guys are cashing in big selling you something you absolutely don't need.
     If you love portable water so much, buy a water bottle. You could buy a really cheap water bottle and even if it breaks after a week, you still will have spent less on it and produced less waste then you would have with a week's worth of bottled water.
     You know how much wast is produced from empty water bottles. Tons. Literally. You know how much pollution is created from the manufacturing and transportation of water bottles? Tons. Literally.
     It's cheap and often free to drink from the tap.  Why are so many people spending money on this? Why!?!?! It's like in the movie the Lorax when eveyone is buying bottle air. It really is that silly. Can we just stop? Please.
